Delay in headset removal causes adverse effects in
userspace such as delay (loss) in audio/video routing.
Delay was introduced to reject spurious switch events. These
events are already rejected based on the headset status.

The previous algorithm requires that kpd_trigger_delay_us be set to
1/32 of the preferred trigger delay. The new algorithm allows setting
kpd_trigger_delay_us to the preferred trigger delay directly.
The actual delay can only be one of the eight levels: 2 sec, 1 sec,
1/2 sec, 1/4 sec, 1/8 sec, 1/16 sec, 1/32 sec, and 1/64 sec. The valid
range of kpd_trigger_delay_us is 1/64 second to 2 seconds. A value
within the valid range will be rounded down to the closest level. Any
value outside the valid range will be rejected.
Update board files for targets that use this driver accordingly.

Move the following subdevices to use the pm8xxx interface -
mpp, irq, gpio, keypad, power-key, leds, othc, vibrator,
rtc, batt-alarm, thermal, upl, nfc, pwm, xoadc, regulators,
xo-buffers, charger.
This allows usage of a common driver for modules which are same
across multiple PM8XXX PMICs. It also provides flexibility
to add/remove subdevices for multiple board configurations.

This driver allows userspace to receive notification when client
specified key combinations are pressed.
The client opens /dev/keychord and writes a list of keychords
for the driver to monitor.
The client then reads or polls /dev/keychord for notifications.
A client specified ID for the keychord is returned from read()
when a keychord press is detected.

This is needed to support devices that put non-keyboard buttons in
the keyboard matrix. For instance several devices put the trackball
button in the keyboard matrix. In this case BTN_MOUSE should be
reported from the same input device as REL_X/Y.
It is also useful for devices that have multiple logical keyboard in
the same matrix. The HTC dream has a menu key on the external keyboard
and another menu key on the slide-out keyboard. With a single input
device only one of these menu keys can be mapped to KEY_MENU.

With the addition of a platform device mfd_cell pointer, MFD drivers
can go back to passing platform data back to their sub drivers.
This allows for an mfd_cell->mfd_data removal and thus keep the
sub drivers MFD agnostic. This is mostly needed for non MFD aware
sub drivers.

As reported by Jean-Francois Dagenais, the wheel algorithm caused a
divide by zero exception due to missing variable pre-initialization.
In fact it turned out that the whole algorithm had several problems.
It is therefore replaced with something that is known working.

Fix two issues in the threshold and completion interrupt mask and unmask

Mouse gets "stuck" after restore of PV guest but buttons are in working
condition.
If driver has been configured for ABS coordinates at start it will get
XENKBD_TYPE_POS events and then suddenly after restore it'll start getting
XENKBD_TYPE_MOTION events, that will be dropped later and they won't get
into user-space.
Regression was introduced by hunk 5 and 6 of
5ea5254aa0ad269cfbd2875c973ef25ab5b5e9db
("Input: xen-kbdfront - advertise either absolute or relative
coordinates").
Driver on restore should ask xen for request-abs-pointer again if it is
available. So restore parts that did it before 5ea5254.

Some devices provide absolute axes with min/max of 0/0 (e.g. wacom's
ABS_MISC axis). Current uinput restrictions do not allow duplication of
these devices and require hacks in userspace to work around this.
If the kernel accepts physical devices with a min/max of 0/0, uinput
shouldn't disallow the same range.
