Sathish Ambley 098f9bd169 msm: timer: Add ARM generic timer support ...

Add new timer node in the device tree that the timer initialization
routine uses to register the timer.

Update makefile to use ARM generic timer if CONFIG_ARM_ARCH_TIMER
is turned on.
