88c2ae691f fix(*): Replace ftp.gnu.org with mirrors.kernel.org 
Replace ftp.gnu.org with mirrors.kernel.org since the second has been a
lot more stable and performant over time than the first (and ftp.gnu.org
is currently experiencing intermittent problems).

07f910d6d2 fix(main/emacs): make touch scroll work 
Scrolling on the touch screen is now registered as wheel-up and
wheel-down instead of mouse-4 and mouse-5. Adjust our site-start.el to
fix it.

b5225e9c54 tree-wide: rename TERMUX_MAKE_PROCESSES to TERMUX_PKG_MAKE_PROCESSES 
Some packages have issues with parallel builds and need to set
TERMUX_MAKE_PROCESSES=1. All other build variables that package
recipes set are prefixed with TERMUX_PKG, use that for MAKE_PROCESSES
as well for consistency.

cdfaea8f10 emacs: rebuild 
Seems that emacs is linked against libnettle on some arches (without the dependency being declared) so rebuild to solve that.

37375312b9 explicitly set maintainer for each package 
In issue https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/issues/6160 I have found
that community repo "its-pointless.github.io" specifies us as maintainer
for its packages. This is NOT TRUE and potentially misleads people using
these packages.

Now TERMUX_PKG_MAINTAINER will contain a default value which is neutral
and not specify maintainer. So all packages now have to override it to
the correct value.
