a31744365f fix(main/harfbuzz): correct shared library suffix in harfbuzz-config.cmake 
- Fixes `$TERMUX_PREFIX/lib/cmake/harfbuzz/harfbuzz-config.cmake` to contain references to only `libharfbuzz.so`, not `libharfbuzz.so.0.61220.0`, because Termux `harfbuzz` does not contain `libharfbuzz.so.0.61220.0`.

In most cases this code is same, in some cases it is done for libwayland cross building. And it is not obvious what exactly happens here.
This commit makes it more obvious and easier to read.
