Package does not have releases or tags on its gitlab page, updated by bumping commit.

Unable to build all at once in CI due to limited disk space. Builds are
going to be triggered manually, divided into several pieces.

The termux_git_clone_src script has been updated and now expects git
urls to start with git+ instead.
