And not $PREFIX/$PREFIX. As I understand the docs it is suppose to be
possible to set CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX to an absolute path, but clearly
there is a bug somewhere causing this type of issue. It is not the
first time we have had this problem for cmake packages, see
termux/termux-packages#10068 .
Fixes termux/termux-packages#12415 .
