tree-wide: use git+[...] instead of [...].git for git urls

The termux_git_clone_src script has been updated and now expects git
urls to start with git+ instead.

fix(main/tectonic): downgrade app_dirs crate to 1.2.1
...
Similar as seen for tealdeer, app_dirs / android-ndk-rs does not
support termux's environment. Downgrade the crate to 1.2.1 until that
has been fixed or a workaround implemented.
