https://github.com/simh/simh is a fork which now adopts a non-free
license. Let's migrate back to what seems to be original.

6a33959505 tree-wide: use git+[...] instead of [...].git for git urls 
The termux_git_clone_src script has been updated and now expects git
urls to start with git+ instead.
