termux-pacman-bot
7f91c4a73d fix(main/tectonic): downgrade app_dirs crate to 1.2.1 
Similar as seen for tealdeer, app_dirs / android-ndk-rs does not
support termux's environment.  Downgrade the crate to 1.2.1 until that
has been fixed or a workaround implemented.
