termux-pacman-bot e11d30fa97 libmad: enable SOVERSION suffix (#18228) 
libmad switches the building system to cmake since 0.16.0, the SOVERSION suffix is disabled at the same time. Enable SOVERSION again to avoid revbump revdeps.
