* Use _COMMIT variable for specifying the Git commit hash and then referencing
  it in version and source url.

* Move readline and libbz2 to runtime dependencies as well as specify libc++.
  Shared object dependencies:

  libbz2.so.1.0
  libc++_shared.so
  libc.so
  libdl.so
  libm.so
  libreadline.so.8
