termux-pacman-bot f9d1908f94 updpkg(main/termux-tools): update to 1.30.2 ...

Adds new mirrors:

* mirror.vern.cc in North America
* termux.3san.dev in Europe

and fixes so termux.cdn.lumito.net is installed again (was not
previously because of error in Makefile).
