termux-pacman-bot 4daeffc3fa tree-wide: remove all traces of the libz.so-moving workaround from Rust packages ...

- I never believed the workaround of moving `libz.so` was ideal, so it seems correct that it no longer seems to be necessary to build any present-day Rust project for Termux, and is being removed here.

- Also remove the traces in `rust`'s `build.sh` of similar historical workarounds for `liblzma.so` and `libtinfo.so.6`

- All were removed in https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/pull/23118
