Also refactor build.sh:

* Remove indirect dependencies from TERMUX_PKG_DEPENDS

* Move CFLAGS fix to SConstruct patch

* Remove `-lcrypt` hack in pc file which is not very meaningful now that
  serf indirectly (build-)depends on libcrypt (through apr or apr-util)
