f15ab40868 Temp hack to avert msm fb crash when you pass in fb= param. 
Otherwise the physical addres without ioremap does not work.
This is probably better fixed up in the board file once the rest is working.

21e7f70ff3 scm: only use '.arch_extension sec' if the compiler is newer than gcc4.4 
This fixes broken pre gcc4.6 compilation.
