d188c47511 rmpkg(x11/obconf,x11/libglade): Replace obconf with obconf-qt 
- obconf is unmaintained and has not seen a release since 2013.
- It is the last package keeping libglade alive, which requires host
  python2 to build (see #21376).
- It duplicates functionality with obconf-qt, which here is proposed
  to replace obconf.

9eefd0cb84 rmpkg(x11/xournal,x11/libgnomecanvas,x11/libart-lgpl) 
- xournal is not maintained and has not seen a release since 2016, and
  is the only user of the outdated libraries libgnomecanvas and libart-lgpl,
  as well as being one of of two packages depending indirectly on libglade,
  which requires host python2 to build. In addition, Xournal++ exists as a
  maintained alternative and is recommended as a replacement.
- libgnomecanvas is not maintained and has not seen a release since 2011,
  and is only used by xournal.
- libart-lgpl is not maintained and has not seen a release since 2010,
  and is only used by xournal.

7e849608f1 chore(main/libduktape): Build without using host python2 
Use the dist tarball (which other Linux distributions are doing) it's possible
to build duktape without a host python2 - a step towards removing it (#21376).

A small side benefit is that it simplifies the build somewhat and
we do not need to create the pkg-config file ourselves.

fa061cdcfd bump(main/rust): 1.81.0 
Should be a lot smoother compared to the 1.80 problems with the time
crate breakages (see
https://internals.rust-lang.org/t/type-inference-breakage-in-1-80-has-not-been-handled-well/21374

Tested building a few rust packages without problems: distant, ripgrep,
fd, crowbook, tectonic, fcp, kak-lsp, magic-wormhole-rs, miniserve and
typst.
