- Implement `termux_setup_bpc` and share it between `gnome-caluclator` and `epiphany`. In https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/pull/26493, I suggested similar code, but unfortunately, at that time Biswa96 didn't like it and decided to edit `setup-ubuntu.sh`. However, unfortunately, that method did not work sufficiently for `epiphany`, so it is necessary to ensure that the `blueprint-compiler` version while cross-compiling matches the version while non-cross-compiling.

c39b29e18b fix(main/valkey): do not conflict with libhiredis

- `libhiredis` is built into the CMake version of `valkey` and is hard to separate cleanly, but I was able to separate it by modifying the vendored `libhiredis` code to not install `libhiredis` files with `valkey`.

There is a new executable file, "`codelldb-launch`".

I don't really understand exactly what it does yet, but codelldb was printing an error "unable to find codelldb-launch!" until I moved it out of the `.vsix` file and hardcoded the paths to it at `$TERMUX_PREFIX/bin`, just like I did for the `codelldb` executable, which still exists.

After doing that, this bump is working on my device.

I have also updated the comments about 32-bit exclusion to be accurate to the current situation.

- https://github.com/termux/termux-app/pull/4417 has been in [Termux 0.118.3](https://github.com/termux/termux-app/releases/tag/v0.118.3) for 4 months, meaning that `status test-feature keyboard-protocols && set -U fish_features no-keyboard-protocols` can be removed.
