termux-pacman-bot 1eec24cd28 photon-rss, ratt: Restore termux_step_post_get_source 
as a follow-up of commit 3ec82277d7773e29aac53d525fdf519f74246bd4.

A specific commit needs to be checked out, instead of HEAD. And this is
nothing to do with the changes in `termux_git_clone_src`, ever.
