When building for 32bit with system zziplib then texlive-bin build fails with: ld.lld: error: undefined symbol: zzip_open_ext_io64 >>> referenced by luazip.c >>> libluamisc_a-luazip.o:(zip_openfile) in archive libluamisc.a This might be an issue in zziplib and should be investigated further. Drop the dependency until it is fixed.
