- Fix hardlink usage which doesn't work on Android 6.
- Enable header cache and depend on gdbm.
- Specify $PREFIX/bin/sh as exec shell to avoid trying /bin/sh.
  Fixes #84.
- Avoid building bundled&broken (v)snprintf functions.
