termux-pacman-bot fe5cb0b2e5 tree-wide: use TERMUX_SUBPKG_DEPEND_ON_PARENT=false instead of =no 
We use true or false for other bool build variables. Let's be
consistent.

Change does not have an effect on build scripts.
