* Add --enable-login flag to build.sh configure args Some email servers, like Microsoft's live.com (used by Hotmail and Outlook) only accept `AUTH LOGIN` as SMTP authentication method. The `--enable-login` flag builds the `liblogin.so` lib so neomutt/mutt can use it. Without it, sending an email would fail with `No authenticators available` error.
